Refund Policy

Clear terms for refunds, cancellations, and payment adjustments for Inferno Tech services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to paid services delivered by Inferno Tech, including mobile app development, web platform development, and AI automation engagements. It does not apply to third-party software, cloud credits, or external subscriptions billed directly by their providers.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are evaluated based on project stage, delivery status, and contract terms:

  • Discovery-only engagements may be refunded in part if cancellation is requested before formal handoff of deliverables.
  • Milestone-based builds are generally non-refundable for milestones already delivered, approved, or actively in execution.
  • Retainer plans can be canceled for future billing cycles, but completed work and reserved capacity are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Engineering hours already spent on your project.
  • Any approved milestone or signed-off delivery.
  • Domain, hosting, app-store, cloud, or third-party license fees.
  • Custom design and development artifacts transferred to your team.

4. Cancellation Process

To request a cancellation or refund review, email hello@infernotech.work with your project name, invoice number, and reason for request. We review all requests in good faith and respond within 5 business days.

5. Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, processing typically takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment method and banking provider. Partial refunds may be applied where only part of the contracted scope remains unexecuted.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect changes in service models, legal requirements, or billing practices. Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
